The festival begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. There will be lots of artists, authors, local musicians, and a kids fun zone. Art Society of Jackson County is proud to announce its inaugural Full Moon Art Fest! This will be an art show for local artists, along with live music, ghost storytelling contests, and a costume contest. We will use the money raised from this event for future events and a local artist grant starting in 2024. Our goal is to promote and support artists in our community through local events throughout our county.

Artists will be set up from 2-10 p.m. Come support your local artists!
Face painting from 2-6 p.m.
2:00 Gates open
3:00 Ghost story telling contest for 10 and under begins (prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place)
3:30 Ghost story telling contest for 11-17 begins (prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place)
5:00 Costume contest for 10 and under begins (prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place)
5:30 Costume contest for 11 -17 begins (prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place)
6:00 Schmones
7:30 Costume contest 18 & up (CASH prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place)
8:00 Dobby & Sponge of Soul Karnival
9:30 Ghost story telling contest 18 & up (CASH prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place)
There will be a food truck (Wake & Shake) and we will provide your drink for free! (Mocktails, water, or coke products)
Kids games will be set up near the food truck
Door prizes will be given away throughout the event. Several of our local artists worked on a collaboration piece that will be raffled at the end of the night.
