Originally, my work consisted only of acrylic paintings and mixed media collages. More recently, I have started designing textiles and wallpaper using a combination of acrylic painting and Procreate and Adobe Photoshop design programs. I incorporate both acrylic paintings and repeating pattern designs into my work by designing coordinating collections that can be used on a variety of home decor products. I am captivated by nature, florals, and rural life and try to incorporate those themes into my work. From country church wall art, to geometric patterned dish towels, to floral patterned wallpaper - I enjoy designing it all!

I am inspired by nature, rural living, and florals. I grew up on a farm where we lived in an old white-washed farmhouse, and I now live near Lake Guntersville. I take inspiration from my surroundings and include in my work the everyday things around me that bring me joy.

I sometimes get so into my artwork that I can't sleep! I sometimes work into the early morning to get the ideas out of my head and into art.
