What made you want to become a caterer/baker/cook/chef?
I am a hot pepper enthusiast. I love extreme heat and flavor and found it very difficult to find and products that truly had both. So I began growing my own super hot exotic peppers and creating sauces for myself. Eventually others started trying my items and requesting to purchase them. I've expanded to several hot and spicy sweet treats and other flavors of hot sauce.

Who or what inspires you?
My grandfather, who passed when I was very young, was said to really love his hot peppers. As I got older I would have pepper eating competitions with my cousin. He would stop after a few bites and I would eat them all until they were gone. I've pushed that farther by doing most all of the extreme spice competitions on the market such as the One Chip and Death Nut challenges. My love of peppers, family connection, and the love of a challenge inspire me.

What is your favorite meal?
Smoke ribs using my Reaper's Revenge all seasoning.

What's a fun fact about you?
I got my road name 'Reaper' from The Widow's Sons Masonic Riders Association due to my love of super hot peppers!
