In social work, I often used the feeling heart tool for clients of all ages. I began to use it after work to process the day until the hearts became transformed into art.

In my 25 years of practicing and teaching yoga, I was inspired by the body's ability to reflect the inner self. The posture or slant of head reflects the inner being in outer form.
